Black Combo Heart Cake

We had discussed having ribbons around my cake exactly as shown in the reference picture. I even came in person to go over the details and purchased cupcakes for a taste test to make sure everything was perfect.
However, on the day of pickup, the cake did not have the ribbons as agreed. Instead, it was decorated with cheap-looking butterflies, which was not what I requested. I wasn’t able to pick it up myself and didn’t have time to raise the issue at that moment.
Unfortunately, this was very disappointing. It felt like a waste of money and it completely affected the vibe of the party. I won’t be ordering again.

I love it so much. The design was so cute and I was glade it didn’t melt on its way. Thank you so much. Will purchase again!

The cake was absolutely beautiful!
Purchased for my daughter’s 18th birthday and she loved it. Said it was one of the best cakes she has ever tasted (and she’s picky, so that just shows you how delicious it was lol).

It was like how it was pictured. Really cute!
