I loved my cake, really good taste

Cake looks beautiful! However it was barely edible, as most of it was frosting but the frosting tasted waxy like cold unflavoured butter even after leaving it at room temperature for at least an hour…cage actual cake part wasn’t bad but overall taste, grocery store tastes way better. Just very disappointed in general. Also customer service is very weird when picking up cake. Very unprofessional and kind of rude

The cake was designed exactly how I described. I was surprised but how moist the cake was. The icing was fine on day 1 but didn't hold well the day after.
