Zerda Cake

This company is the worst!! Do not order from them. I first purchased the “Zerda Cake” for my 25th birthday. I specifically wanted a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting which I did not receive. Instead I got buttercream frosting which was thick, left w horrible film in my mouth, was bland and all out disappointing. I emailed to complain and ask for them to rectify the situation and they have completely ghosted me. As a small business owner myself, this customer service is extremely poor. I am still waiting for a response….

beautiful cake, wish it just had more cream cheese for red velvet but definitely will order again!

I love the style and the design of the cake I ordered, unfortunately it tasted like it was made from a boxed cake and wasn’t very good.

My cake was beautiful!!!! The details were amazing and the flavor was perfect! I was eating cake for like a week....worth it!
