Peach Blossom Cake

The cake itself was very moist and delicious, I really enjoyed it! however, the strawberry in between the cake layers was too frozen/hard despite leaving it’s out for a while before cutting. I wasn’t able to have a bite with cake and the frosting as the cake was soft and would crumble and the frosting/buttercream was thick.
Overall I did really enjoy the cake!
